James was great. He did a thorough analysis of my a/c unit and recommended a starter kit to help extend the life of my unit and help lessen energy consumption. He was very professional. Hyde’s has always been a great company and their staff is very kind and helpful.

Spoke with client about system. He thought the price was to high. Asked if we can do anything. Advised will ask management on monday
Upon arrival found nest thermostat blank. 0v between power and common. Went into attic to check board. Door panel closed properly but looks like intermittent contact for power. Adjusted panel and switch and made connection tight and secure. System power making great contact and now 24v between power and common. Nest is now powered. All loads operational and 20 degree split. Recommended and signed up on Hyde’s annual maintenance plan so we can have system fully checked out with heating and cooling maintenances as well as 15% savings on repairs and trip charge/diagnostic.
Performed a cooling maintenance on a R 22 Goodman condenser unit. Check sequence of operations by checking refrigerant levels as well as all electrical components this time refrigerant level is in the OK range and all of the components are well within range. The client that are going to refrigerant is very expensive if we ever need to add refrigerant, also inform client about age of units. Client understands and is trying to get the most out of unit at this time. System is cooling down house properly at this time finish maintenance by explaining the great benefits of Hyde’s family plan. As well as I was washing down unit and changing out filters
Performed annual cooling maintenance on 2016 Lennox 5-ton XC21 split system. Touch screen Lennox thermostat working properly. Changed customer supplied 20x30 and 14x14 pleated filters. Cleared condensation drain, confirmed clearance. No water in pan, float switch working. Cleaned outdoor condensing coil. Cleaned out electrical compartment. Checked amps and volts. Checked 40uf compressor capacitor 38.15, informed it is at end of design capacity and to prevent breakdown from failed capacitor to have it replaced. Checked refrigerant charge and temperature split. Documented garage location for ductless unit, will get estimate sent over.
Upon arrival client stated system not cooling. Cycled system and found system off on pressure switch. Bypass switch and cycled system. Found system flat on refrigerant. Advised client system is well past life expectancy with refrigerant no longer being produced. Advised office to call to schedule free replacement estimate.
Upon arrival client stated living area ecobee blank. Fau located inside master closet attic. Found no voltage at tstat. Checked attic and found door panel on wrong and tape came off door switch. Put dope panel on right and cycled system. Advised client this is a callback.
Garage ductless estimate for new house.
1050 comfort control would glitch and reboot with any screen touch. Thermostat is bad. Replaced and setup. Removed old one from customer phone app and added new one. Tested from phone app and verified its working properly. Charge is for labor and trip/diagnosis, part under part warranty not labor
Performed a semi annual cooling service on two American standard split system. Cleared condensation line, tested water, safety switches, and replaced two 20x25 filters located within the furnace/garage up flows. Cycled equipment followed, cooling sequence operation check refrigerant/split check capacitor, Hardart, fan motor, compressor, amps and voltage. Honeywell 8000 thermostats checked out OK. Perform maintenance for garage ductless unit, rinsed, condenser coils. Cooling equipment checked out operational at this visit.
Collected signatures and connected thermostat to Wi-Fi.Client is going to call in payment.
Performed annual cooling maintenance on 1 2021 carrier package unit. Client had recently changed filter, cleared condensation lines.cycled system in cooling. Checked capacitor, LRA, rla and Fla. checked temperature splits, washed condenser coil. Equipment is cooling at this time.
Performed a cooling maintenance on a 2014 American Standard 5 ton condenser. Washed filter located in outdoor closet fau. Cleared condensate line. Cycled cooling system, checked refrigerant levels, verified voltages and system amperages. Found capacitor weak and start kit reading .005uf. Replaced capacitor under warranty(less than 2 years old). And installed a new start kit. Tested operation and found it good. Also washed condenser coil. Cooling system is now within manufacture’s specifications.
2015/ 3.5 ton Performed a semi annual cooling service on carrier split system. Replaced 10x20 and 20x30 filters/ ceiling. Cycle equipment followed, cooling sequence of operation check refrigerant/temperature split checked capacitor, fan motor, compressor, amps and voltage. Secured and clean electrical connections at condenser and fuse box. Vivint thermostat checked out ok. Cleared condensation line from outside. Rinsed condenser coil. Cooling equipment checked out operational at this visit..
I left disconnects in off during cleaning snd electrical check. Set both back to on.
