Hyde’s always provides great service, but I enjoy any time Taylor is able to come out. He is always very thorough, honest and communicative to be sure we understand our system and what he is doing for it that day and how things are working. He also provides personable conversation that makes you feel like you are part of the Hyde’s family and being taken care of. Thank you!!

Everything went well. Maurice was very nice. However I thought it was kind of weird that he asked me if my side gate was locked because he needed access to my backyard. He could easily access my backyard via the inside of my house via my sliding door. It kinda spokes me now thinking back cuz he has access to my gate.
Response from Hydes Air Conditioning:
Thank you for sharing your feedback! I’m glad everything went well and that you thought Maurice was nice. He asked about the side gate because he brings his own hose and needed backyard access, but didn’t want to track water or dirt through your home. We always aim to be respectful of your space while delivering a great result. Thanks again for choosing Hydes!

Performed a heating maintenance on a 2007 90% carrier furnace, Filters located inside día, fau located inside house hallway closet, changed filter, flushed condensation line, on fau followed sequence of operation, checked for amperage and voltage, checked for motor speed, checked for capacitor, check for carbon monoxide, check for any loose connections, check for temperature rise, everything within range also cleared dust accumulated inside electrical component. System is working within specification in heating at the time of maintenance
Homeowner has (2) gas furnaces , one in kitchen attic access, the other in garage access, garage unit for guest rooms side of home, kitchen area furnace for living room partially and master bedroom side of home. Guest rooms and dining room with garage furnace were too hot to them. Was getting. 130°+ with high velocity. Adjusted gas pressures lower end of manifold pressure and found speed two in medium hi, per specs I switched to low. Getting 40° heat rise, no limits going off. For master bedroom issue, they were getting cold at night with furnace running. I confirmed it is running in heat, and not in cool. Only one supply but they said no issue cooling in summer. Supply temp was about. 107° and speed tap on low. I switched speed tap to medium hi and got much better heating, now they could feel it near their bed. Homeowner stated it felt better as well. Adjusted a little to keep it all within manufacture specs. Both systems are now heating properly and within manufacture specs/design b
Arrived to install a dedicated 20-amp circuit for a golf cart outlet. I utilized a spare breaker in the garage subpanel for this circuit. The outlet was installed below the subpanel. Originally, I was scheduled to install a dedicated 50-amp circuit for an electric vehicle charger; however, the homeowner indicated that the golf cart charger is a higher priority. The homeowner has decided to postpone the installation of the electric vehicle charger, as it is a Tesla charger and requires additional information regarding its amperage requirements.
